There are many reasons to vacation in Whistler: great skiing, friendly people, beautiful scenery and so on. But if you want to see celebrities out and about, a vacation in Whistler is the time to do it! There are a lot of places that attract celebrities in Whistler. These include Whistler restaurants, ski hills, nightclubs and even luxury hotels in Whistler.

Four Seasons

The Four Seasons Hotel is one of the best luxury hotels in Whistler for celebrity sightings. The place has hosted a variety of celebs, including Hugh Jackman and Eric Bana, who were both seen enjoying dinner with their families at the Fifty Two 80 Bistro-Four Seasons' upscale restaurant.


Three Below

Fifty Two 80 Bistro is one of several Whistler restaurants that attract the rich and famous. Another popular hideout is Three Below, an underground restaurant frequented by the likes of Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper.


Blackcomb Mountains

As the official alpine skiing venue of the 2010 Winter Olympics, Blackcomb saw a lot of famous athletes cross its slopes. Even now, it remains a popular training site for professional skiers. But the ski resort doesn't limit its clientele to athletes: it also attracts movie stars such as Kurt Russel and Tom Cruise.

Mallard Lounge

Located in the Fairmont Chateau, the Mallard Lounge is a favorite place for celebrities such as Queen Latifah and Justin Timberlake. This destination resort famously arranged a helicopter ride delivering Heidi Klum and Seal to the top of a massive glacier. After arriving at a specially built igloo, Seal proposed to Heidi Klum. The celebrity couple is still together today.

WinterPride

A popular event in the gay community, WinterPride festivities attract a number of celebrities. German stars Jo Weil and Thore Scholermann, also known as Ollian, attended the event in 2009. In 2011, WinterPride headlined Michele Balan, DJ Kori K and several other celebrities in Whistler.
