Whistler has many world-class brand name hotels, such as the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Pan Pacific Whistler and the Whistler Four Seasons Hotel and Resort. These hotels also offer spectacular meeting venues and first class guest rooms.
For larger groups Whistler can accommodate up to 3,000 guest rooms in the shoulder value season, which is in our warmer months May through November.
One of the best things about Whistler is that once groups arrive, transportation is no longer an issue. For example a larger group that needed exposition space could book the Whistler Conference Centre for their main expo and have meetings at the various hotels throughout the village. Delegates would only need to walk through our pedestrian only village for a few minutes to arrive at their next venue. Guests could stay at any number of hotels and still be within an easy walk of any of their meetings.
Smaller groups are of course welcome too.
