Determine Your Ability

To help you get the most out of the program you select, it helps to determine your ability level first.

Level		Description
1		I'm a beginner - this might be my first time.
2		I'm pretty new - green runs are a challenge right now.
3		I'm getting better - comfortable on a green run.
4		I ride blue runs happily - at a medium speed.
5		I mostly stick to blue runs, but have tried black runs.
6		I'm comfortable on all terrain.
